It has been my experience in the past a lot of people talk a good game. These people at GetTeck, Mike Ulloa especially plays one! I moved into a new home and asked Mike to set up my system (having had him do service before) it was the Ultimate Professional experience, especially straightening out issues with Cincinnati Bell and the internet connection. Quick, Friendly, Extremely Reasonable
I am a techno-idiot and I could not get my computer working. I called GetTeck and they came to me and resolved the issue within minutes and only charged me a small diagnostic fee (They could hate charged me the full fee, I wouldn’t have known – but they did not). It’s amazing, they came to me and fixed the problem – it doesn’t get easier than this. I WILL call GetTeck again when I have problems!

I called GetTeck regarding a problem with my laptop. I was expecting to drive across town and wait while someone looked at my computer. Instead, the technician spent about 5 min on the phone with me and fixed my problem free of charge.
