GetTeck is amazing
Not only does GetTeck repair computers, but they are also amazing at fixing video game systems - Wii, Xbox360, and PS3. Even better, they come to your hose to pick up your system (which is invaluable to stay/work-at-home parents).
Mike Ulloa, the owner, arrived promptly as scheduled at my house to pick up my broken PS3. I wasn't sure what was wrong with it (power supply, yellow light of death, or motherboard!), but Mike assured me that they could fix it, regardless of the issue.
He wasn't boasting. Not only did my PS3 come back as good as new, Mike was more than willing to answer my frequent questions and fill me in on how the repair on my PS3 was coming. Having dealt with Sony's PS3 repair service, this was a blessing for me. Mike explained that my system's power supply was okay, and that they needed to re-ball (re-solder) the processing chips. However, he called a day later to let me know that the problem was more serious. Still, Mike held to his original estimate for repairing my system, replacing the motherboard and re-balling the processor chips all for $175 (make sure you get the coupon from their website).
Even though GetTeck does hundreds of repairs, I felt like they took a personal interest in my work order. You'll never get that level of customer service from Sony. Also, unlike Sony, GetTeck guarantees the repairs for 1 year. And their local! If you need PS3, game system, or PC repairs, you can't go wrong with this company.

Retired and loving it
Mike came to our home, explained what the problem was with our system. He even opened the computer and showed me exactly what the problem was! I was quoted a FLAT rate of what it would cost to fix the computer. He assured me that it would not cost me anything if they could not repair it for the quoted amount. Everything was explained in terms that I could understand. When the repaired system was returned and installed it worked perfectly, faster than before and the bill was as quoted. . .to the penny. I would recommend GetTeck to anyone.

Quick, Friendly, Extremely Reasonable
I am a techno-idiot and I could not get my computer working. I called GetTeck and they came to me and resolved the issue within minutes and only charged me a small diagnostic fee (They could hate charged me the full fee, I wouldn’t have known – but they did not). It’s amazing, they came to me and fixed the problem – it doesn’t get easier than this. I WILL call GetTeck again when I have problems!

Really good timewise
I kept getting blue screen errors and random problems on my laptop. I took it in to these guys and got a replacement hard drive and got it back within the week. Fast and inexpensive. Really good timewise. Worth it if you are in a hurry and don't want to trust your computer with guys who are going to take 2 to 3 weeks and still have no clue what course of action to take.
