I called GetTeck regarding a problem with my laptop. I was expecting to drive across town and wait while someone looked at my computer. Instead, the technician spent about 5 min on the phone with me and fixed my problem free of charge. In the future I will definitely take all my tech support business to them and refer anyone I know who needs their service.

I called to have our XBOX fixed the week of Christmas. I didn't really think that there was any chance that this was possible. A friendly technician met me at my place of work the day after I called and delivered a beautifully repaired Xbox to my home within a couple of days! He saved our Christmas! Very Qualified, Friendly Service
I had a problem that I initially thought was software related, but Mike at GetTeck determined it was hardware related. It was more work than initially thought (a video chip that needed to be re-soldered, way beyond my ability to fix), but the price quoted to me was not increased. I really appreciated that Mike took the time to explain the work/repairs he did to fix my laptop, which is working great now. A great trustworthy source for computer repairs - thanks Mike!

Who would say that having a virus on your computer was a great experience??? Finding Mike and GetTeck took all the stress away and working with Mike was informative, interesting, and easy. He did more for me than fix the virus and my computer is in better shape than ever, and well protected now. So, yes....the virus was a good experience!!

Excellent Knowledgable Friendly Service
My six year old desk top still functioned, but was slow and clearly had viruses that my anti-virus software could not remove. I called GetTeck and spoke with Mike about my problems. They were very patient and personable and explained my options in lay terms that I could easily understand. I was considering just buying a new computer, but they convinced me that I didn't need to. The next day Mike picked up my machine and took it to the shop for diagnosis. Turns out I had several viruses of the type that hide and are very difficult to isolate and remove. But after a few days my PC was retuned and it was all cleaned up and WORKING GREAT! The flat fee for the service was cost economical and well worth it. Plus, I got tons of good advice from the technicians and really enjoyed talking with them. Now, as a customer of GetTeck, I have an IT expert to call when I need answers. Stop reading testimonials and pick up the phone and call the guys at GetTeck right now!! You will be glad you did.
