Really good timewise
I kept getting blue screen errors and random problems on my laptop. I took it in to these guys and got a replacement hard drive and got it back within the week. Fast and inexpensive. Really good timewise. Worth it if you are in a hurry and don't want to trust your computer with guys who are going to take 2 to 3 weeks and still have no clue what course of action to take.

I was so upset when the screen on my laptop cracked. These guys took care of me, and quickly too! It only took them a week's time to fix and get my laptop back to me. Friendly, professional, affordable, just awesome
I have had my computer screen replaced by Getteck and they are life savers, my computer got cracked right in the middle of me being in class. They let me use one of their computers and even repaired mine right at my kitchen table. They were right on time and their service is great for college students, single moms or anyone with a computer for the first time and can't really afford the pricey people. I will continue to use their service and highly recommend them.

Persistance pays off
Sometimes setting up a new wireless network can be challenging, especially for computer challenged people like myself and a basement location where weak connectivity to an old router is an issue. If you are having big or little problems, this is the place to go. GetTeck comes to your home, analyzes, evaluates and solves all the computer issues.
