Very professional at solving my problem
I had a very serious virus problem that Mike and his staff were able to
take care of for me. I accidentally found his business name GetTeck and phone number on the internet. I made a cold call to them and Mike immediately came and picked up my computer to evaluate the problem. He returned it totally repaired and spent a considerable amount of time giving me tips on how to avoid some of the problems that I was experiencing.

My six year old desk top still functioned, but was slow and clearly had viruses that my anti-virus software could not remove. I called GetTeck and spoke with Mike about my problems. They were very patient and personable and explained my options in lay terms that I could easily understand. I was considering just buying a new computer, but they convinced me that I didn't need to. The next day Mike picked up my machine and took it to the shop for diagnosis. Turns out I had several viruses of the type that hide and are very difficult to isolate and remove. A PERFECT 10!
I could not find a company to fix my Nintendo Wii in the city. I did a Google search and found GetTeck. Mike called and was very professional on the phone. He was very flexible with my schedule and came to my home and took the jammed disc out of the drive, replaced the drive with a new one, and fixed the eject button that my son pushed in way too hard!
